Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Prescription glasses require 3–7 business days for lens customization.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • Orders placed after 4: 00 PM will be processed the next business day.

 

We proudly use Aramex for all our deliveries.

 

Delivery Zones & Times

Delivery may take anywhere from 5-7 working days, excluding prescription items which may take 7-14 working days.

 

Shipping Rates

We offer standard shipping at a price of R100 and FREE SHIPPING for orders above R1500.

 

Tracking Your Order

  • Once dispatched, you will receive an Aramex tracking number via email or SMS.
  • Track your shipment at: https://www.aramex.com

 

Delays & Exceptions

Delivery may be delayed due to public holidays and extreme weather conditions. We will keep you informed of any delays and work with Aramex to ensure a smooth delivery.

 

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is damaged or not delivered:

  • Contact us within 7 calendar days of the expected delivery date.
  • We will file a claim with Aramex and offer a resolution (replacement or store credit).

 

Non-Deliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect shipping details or refusal to accept:

  • The customer is responsible for re-shipping fees.
